Get details for a specific review:

Post a developer response to a review:

Response guidelines

Apple guidelines for responding to reviews:
  • Be professional and courteous
  • Don’t request that users change their review
  • Don’t include promotional content
  • Keep responses focused on addressing the feedback
  • You can only respond once per review
